Commission Sheet Feedback Wanted

Was it too complicated?
And most importantly what did you think about the prices of things. What do you think is a fair price for a full body cel shaded commission? (no background/one character)
I already know I'm going to be cutting a few things off of the old one but any feedback would be helpful. thx
