Hey all o/ This update adds animation support in the image output browser (.webp / .gif), along with a hot-fix for MPS install issue due to a new torch version update on macOS that affected multiple packages and numerous miscellaneous fixes and improvements for minor issues.

We also added a requested option for customizing whether number / decimal formatting follows local language settings or a standard invariant form. This should affect all places where number formatting is used, including input boxes in the Inference UI.
