Our First Painting Contest!

Hey friends,

We've been cooking it for a very long time, and now, with the help of our friendly neighborhood SuperTank, we are ready to proceed at last!

Bulkamancer painting contest!

Hello everyone and welcome to the very first Bulkamancer painting contest! We are going live on the 1st of August and running until the 30th! So let’s get into it:

Rules:

1) Must be a Bulkamancer model. This can include loyalty rewards.

2) Must have a picture of you model before painting (we will accept primer and a zenithal highlight at max) with "Bulkamancer painting contest August 2024"

3) No alternations/kitbashing of the models. We will allow you to get creative with the bases but we want to keep the models looking the same.

4) One entry per person. If you wish to change your entry, you will have to resubmit a new fresh one with "Bulkamancer painting contest August 2024" included.

5) No submission of entries on behalf of another person.

7) Must be a paid subscriber on Bulkamancer Sculpts Patreon, MMF Tribes or Boosty in August 2024.

8) Closing date for entries is: August 30th 2024

Categories:

Large Scale: This is aimed at all you big world painters. So smoothness and cleanliness are going to be key in this category.

Traditional art style: We’re not going to be looking for smooth airbrush base coats here, this is all about technique, contrast (the curse word I know), and a more traditional art approach to painting models.

Prizes (per category):

1st place: $500
2nd place: $250
3rd place: $100

"Artists Favourite" award (one model selected by the team): November model pick

Deadline for submissions: August 31st 00:00 GMT

The winner will be announced September 9th.

The winners will be chosen from our judging panel of: SuperTank (mtechminipainting), Zumikito Miniatures (Zumikit0), Timothy Day (tday3d), Joe Hudson (highlander242)

The prize will be delivered via PayPal, so make sure you have an account capable of receiving payments.

All participation entries must be submitted in our Discord server.
