Ibishu Yoru — A Joint Pursuit of Precision
In a rare display of engineering harmony, Ibishu and Hirochi have joined forces to create the Yoru: a performance sedan born from mutual respect and shared ambition. Built on a lightly modified Sunburst chassis, the Yoru represents Ibishu’s interpretation of modern driving—agile, assertive, and designed for thrill-seekers on any surface.
Wrapped in a bold, all-new body styled by Ibishu, the Yoru blends rally-ready toughness with street-smart finesse. Transverse-mounted 1.8L and 2.0L Ibishu inline-fours deliver energetic powerbands suited to gravel sprints and tight canyon runs alike. Hirochi’s sophisticated AWD system—revised to match Ibishu’s setup—enhances traction across wet pavement, loose dirt, and high-speed sweepers, making the Yoru as composed in the city as it is in the wild.
Though the suspension geometry and drivetrain layout echo the Sunburst, Ibishu’s adjustments to frame rigidity, ride tuning, and cabin dynamics lend the Yoru its own rhythm. It doesn’t just drive—it communicates, delivering crisp feedback and effortless control wherever the road takes you.
A Partnership That Pays Off
For Ibishu, the Yoru brings fresh momentum to its performance line—merging trusted Hirochi mechanicals with original design and urban versatility. It signals a return to form, proving Ibishu can create a driver’s car with both flair and substance.
For Hirochi, the collaboration highlights the adaptability of its architecture and AWD philosophy—positioning the Sunburst platform as a trusted backbone for dynamic reimagination. It also opens the door to future cross-brand tuning endeavors, reinforcing Hirochi’s reputation for engineering excellence that transcends segment lines.
Whether you're pushing through a rally stage or navigating a weekend cruise, the Yoru is built to deliver. It’s the Evo to Hirochi’s WRX—but with the attitude of an executive, the heart of a driver, and the brains of two automotive giants.
What to Expect
Built off a modified Sunburst chassis, the Yoru includes new body parts, i4 transverse engines, custom sounds, modified suspension and more. Many parts from the sunburst still cross over by design.
Public Release hoped for late August, early September 2025.
