Announcement post - Question about User issues?
Added 2022-12-06 00:44:32 +0000 UTCRecently someone messaged me and stated that they were having some issues with Patreon's payment information, and could not update it on their end. They state that they have attempted all troubleshooting advice and such, and still could not get anything working. Is anyone else having this problem? If there's a notable issue with Patreon, it would be good for me to know. I haven't had any issues on my end, but things could definitely look different for all of you.
(This is a copy of last week's author note from Budding Scientist, since I was also informed that people experiencing this problem might have issues seeing chapters. The person who messaged me did say that things worked out on their end after some delays, but I'd like updates if there are issues. I saw some comments from last week's Budding Scientist chapter that I intend to look into more closely. More info is appreciated).

Hmm. Very odd. I've been manually telling Patreon to give people notifications whenever I drop chapters a tier. For it to not show up is quite frustrating.

2022-12-06 16:05:10 +0000 UTCIt's not a huge problem but MaM chapters don't show up on my feed when i gain access to them. I can find them if i go to my membership but it's a bit inconvenient.
