However this means other characters cannot become fan favorites because they get so little attention. I'd like to see certain characters get a waiting period before they can be voted for again. Maybe a year, maybe two?

I love wonder woman, think Gal l is the most beautiful woman in the world...but others think the same way, and there are SO many models of her available.
