There's a lot to discuss today, so let's get started!
First, on this set today, both have some emission maps plugged in to give them an electric glow, while Tadbulb's Going Home set has her glowing hair turned off for effect. Not shown in the screenshot is the back of her hair which uses two layers to have half glow and half normal. Bellibolt on the other hand utilizes a new technique that I've been wanting to use in practice for awhile but haven't been able to, and that's layered clothing.
Under accessories, there's been options to add clothes as accessory pieces, but personally, they were never working. Now they are. There are some Moemon in the past that I wanted to do this with, but didn't have the option to at the time, so I may go back and re-adjust them (Baxcalibur for example).
Second, I initially planned to release these and then follow up with their respective Paldean Gym Leader, Iono, because I thought her clothes were available as mods in the BetterRepack build. I think they still have them somewhere, so I'm still going to attempt her unusual design.
With her, I also wanted to re-release her entire time, aside from her Bellibolt and Kilowattrel, I plan to rework or update Voltorb/Electrode, Shinx/Luxio/Luxray, Electabuzz/Electivire, and Misdreavus/Mismagius, some with major updates and some with minor tweaks.
Hopefully the plan stays the same. If not.. Well, then boo :(
