I think this may technically be our first duo Legendary release, but mostly because these two are (obviously) so similar. In fact, very little difference was done with their outfits, other than some slight color changes, and Manaphy having a slightly different casual and club set, but again, nothing particularly special.
Instead, because of the simplicity of the two Legendaries, I went ahead and put together a small scene, mostly for dissection purposes.
Image plates are used to display the aurora, which were actually just ripped from "HTC Sky" and imported onto the plate. In the actual scene, one of the auroras actually moves horizontally, giving an illusion of rotation. This is simply done through the TextureScroll shader under Material Editor, with it's speed adjusted. I noticed the aurora was set to horizontally scroll in the original HTC Sky model, so I realized the texture itself was "looped", making it easy to replicate onto a regular imageplate.
Everything else is just minor edits under Material Editor, like the fake icebergs. But, you can dig through and replicate in your own scenes, if you wish.
As a side note, I'm still not 100% certain how to save PostProcessing settings, though I think it should save with Save Scene Params. When you load the scene, click on Settings on the left hand side and scroll down. Click on Load Scene Params and it should adjust everything, or at least, the Studio settings. If not, and you want the specific settings for PostProcessing, just ask.
And yes, their original outfits are based on the sprites. The head screenshot/scene is their simple swimsuits.
Enjoy!
