Flame Weasels

Well, these took forever and not for the reasons you might think.
Regardless, there were a few liberties taken, and one is the exclusion of the hats for both Cyndaquil and Quilava. I don't like the concept of animal-head hats. Typhlosion, however, keeps hers, since it's just a simple security/police cap.
Typhlosion also has a more appropriately positioned flame scarf for most of her outfit slots. Her second slot has it wrapped around her front, more in line with her sprite (shown more clearly in her back sprite, though).
Anyways, though this took longer than I wanted, the better news is that Hisuian Typhlosion won't take long to release. In fact, she'll be out tomorrow.
