Bullseye was added at the last minute by the new team (who fully directed episodes 1, 8, and 9), which is why he only appeared in those episodes. Episodes 2 through 7 were directed by the old team (who were fired), which explains the season's feeling of emptiness. Season 2 will be directed entirely by the new team, which promises to be fantastic.
