I think Jiji’s blood was that color because there was a yellow filter on the screen from the worm, while okarun’s was still red because of the turbo granny red filter. Same with the Kito family, their filter is gray, so they have gray skin and gray blood, but the characters saw them as normal looking. Dandadan has been doing this since S1: alien abduction: everything is light blue, sumo alien: everything is black and white, turbo granny: everything is red, acro-silky: every thing is pink, Nessie: everything is green.
