Rewards update
The issues still persist and I haven't heard from Dropbox yet BUT I've managed to troubleshoot what's causing the problem though I don't have the ability to fix it.
Any time I apply special options to the links, meaning expiration date or password protection the links work once or not at all.
I've tested just sharing a link with none...

We are finally home safe and sound and back on track.
Our building is luckily intact, the flames came very close to it and the view from our windows to the next hill is a bit overwhelming.
Our direct family and friends are alright but we all know someone directly affected by this tragedy.

Around 17000 hectares burnt, over 3000 homes destroyed, 51 confirmed dead and over 200 missing.
It's been truly hellish.
We've been extremely lucky, we are safe and sound and our building seems to be intact.
We are waiting for more info on if it's safe or not to return home.
