Today at the park
So I took my scooter to a park with my daughter, grandaughter and her dad alot with her best friend. It was great to get out in nature. He invites us to a park nearby his place.
My breathing wasn't the best today but being on the scooter helped alot.

This has been going on sinse may!
Currently Been feeling super tired and achey, fever with headache.
Had a telemed appointment with my lung doc the other day. Went over the cat scan I had last month. There are two new nodules. Small ones. He wants to recheck(have another scan) the scan around September.

My sweet baby Benny passed today. It was his 15th birthday.
Benny died. He started dying in the yard then died in my arms. 💔 My heart is broken. He was suffering for a while. He took the decision away from me and passed on his own. He was so sweet and such a good dog. I will miss him always. He is no longer in pain and frolicking with his buddy buster over the rainbow bridge 🫂

Quick flex, still recovering
Still recovering guys. Doc said ten to twelve weeks. I thought that was ridiculous, but he's right. Crazy I know but it's still difficult to breathe. It's scary at times. It seems as the day goes on it gets worse. There were one or two days it wasn't as bad. It's a day to day thing I guess.

I hope you had a great holiday weekend. I had to pretty much stay in. The weather and pollen was hard on my COPD. I'm slowly recovering. The last few days was really hard to breathe with the weather. The recovery is slower than I thought.

Slow and steady hopefully wins the race
It's very slow going with recovery. Little by little I think I see arelight difference each day. I did too much today. The humidity is getting to my breathing. Not good. Thats par for the course with cold. The antibiotics are done so hopefully things will continue to improve. I'm still tapering down on the steroids for a few more days.

They sent me home but way too soon
I think they just want to get people out of the hospital because I still can't breathe. If people don't do things for me I can't do anything. It's even hard to just walk across the room a couple feet. I think they are just too quick to get people out of the hospital.

Latest medical update
Bacteria lung infection tested positive. They are going to put me on lavaquin antibiotic iv and see how I do. Not sure when I will get out. They are taking it day by day.
