Updated the CYOA text game

It's not like it's three years worth of content or anything, but I added a bit more to the game. Available on Itch and the MEGA folder as always. Even added in a really old request I had laying around.

Apple user fee changes

I don't know how many Patreon patrons know this, but Patreon creators choose who eats the added cost from the new Apple fee.
