It’s been a minute since my last doctor visit...and I’ve been getting really winded lately, so I figured it was about time to see what’s going on.

after a big dinner I forgot I had left my ice cream sitting at room temp. it would’ve been no good to just put back in the freezer, so I did what any sane person would do…eat it and chug it down.

Heavy cream challenge (day 1 + weigh in)

One of my feeders told me heavy cream is the key to a quick gain…so I’m drinking it daily. Half a gallon’s worth to be exact. I’ll be keeping track on here with a daily vid AND do a weigh in at the end 😁
