It's not that they closed the doors in panic because of the completely  unsaintly behavior of my naked model: the doors are closed most of the  time and open only for special occasions, which this obviously wasn't  for them...

Anyway, it was with Yana with whom I learned to take photos with only one hand to have the other hand free because it was really impossible for me to see her without touching her.

Although my parents always used to say: one looks with the eyes, not with the hands. But parents aren't always right :-)

When taking photos of such a playful young girl as Yana was at that time  then there are various dangers and I actually had to stop her jumping  around too wild on the handrail of this staircase (you can see my  "stop-hand" in one of the images) to avoid that the images of the fallen  girl turn into real :-)

Side-note: this was a really sacred candle! I bought it in one of those  catholic shops where they sell all the things for processions, but also  pictures of saints... and only when I lighted it I realized that it is  perfumed with frankincense and since then my living room/studio smells a  bit like a church.
