In the comments of some youtube video I read "merry crisis and a happy new fear" and yes, although the should-be happy Christmas and the times where everybody wishes the best to everybody are approaching fast.
Still, this Christmas is different. The leaders of many countries first relaxed a little, little bit the restrictions of our freedom as their so very generous Christmas gifts, just to then withdraw them to let us feel their zest for power with even more cruelty. I guess, it's because the time the big business of the so-called vaccines is near and the people must be put in panic and fear to accept to be part of a medical experiment as the world didn't know it since the experiment the Nazis committed on the victims of the concentration camps in the second world war.
A vaccine that is presented as the new Messiah although it is not known (and cannot be known) what side effects these substances can cause in the next years and, even more important, although (if you believe the sales brochures of the pharma industry) it maybe helps to avoid severe illness in some cases, it does not make the vaccinated people non-infectious. So even when everybody is vaccinated, infections continue to spread without change and the victims of this human experiment in their good believe don't even help to retrieve at least a part of the lost freedoms.
Dark times ahead.
So I light a candle, maybe in the hope a wonder will happen. And in the hope that those beautiful images bring a bit of light and joy to my patrons.
I divided the results of this session in two series: the lovely model in the dark lighted by a candle (and a little bit of other light, I confess), and another series in which Molly does things with the thick (and after that with a very thick) candle, that only my patrons of "Special"-level want to see so very detailed...
Especially in those times where the future is so very unclear, where we can't make any plans because we don't know with what ideas the leaders want to threaten us next year, where lots of people lose their existence - like, beneath many others, we artists that are especially hit by restrictions and censorship - I believe we must find happiness and freedom within ourselves and together with those few that are our real friends, together with those we love, even it is just for a short time.
Let's stay playful, creative, hopeful and keep our love for life and for those who are close to us. Let us focus on those small lights that sometimes shine somewhere, go for it now even more and without shyness, and enjoy what there is to enjoy without limits.
I light this candle for you, and me, and everybody.
