Here's a video I made all about triads and, specifically, spread triad voicings. This is something I use all the time. Triads are a great tool for visualizing chords around the fretboard.

Here's the chords. Modulates from E minor in the A section to E major in the B section. Pretty simple chord changes but you have to pay attention to the major, or minor 3rds for each chord. Enjoy!

This backing track starts by going between G7 and C7. Then the hits are G-F-C, G-F-C, then it goes to D7. Then the whole thing repeats. It's a fun track and gives you a lot of opportunities to practice transitioning from the 1 chord (G7) to the 4 chord (C7). Enjoy!

This is a 12 bar blues progression in the key of A. Instead of going to the 5 chord in bar 9, I go to the the 2 minor (Bmin) then the 5 chord (E7) in bar 10. Enjoy!
