One more commission related work done, probably the most complicated rig I've done so far. Simple controls for face / eyebrows and such. Some weird clipping can occur but probably can be improved with weight painting and with the mesh.

So blood test results are in. If you didn't catch them in discord or such nothing indicates that it's about blood sugar, low iron, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid etc.

So from that aspect I'm 100% healthy.

Doctor's visit done, diagnosis so far (brain chemistry) (depression?) blood tests next week to rule out any other stuff. Been able to stabilize the situation a bit with fish liver oil DHA + liquorice root tea. So at least we're heading to a right direction.

It's the dawn of the 3rd day without caffeine. Doctor's visit should be in couple days so I can go get the blood tests and such done.

The reason I'm doing non caffeine for a long time is to see if it could be adrenal fatigue which is common. (It's caused by stress, caffeine and other stressors like inflammation. At least I can still enjoy decaf c...

Update regarding the situation (with tiredness attacks)

I've been using multiple measures trying to figure out what's up with the random tiredness attacks (lack of will or motivation) And I have a doctor appointment in the end of this month probably asking them to do blood tests / glucose and such.

It's official tiredness thing is back, though today I survived with a small nap. I'm gonna give it a week to sort out with a fixed sleeping schedule.
