Replaces "4128_Juggling_Pin" but can be swapped with any prop or written into its own slot

This mod has been in development for a long time. This was a concept I originally had a few years ago, but could never really figure out how to make it happen. I don’t normally mess with character mods at all so it was a huge roadblock for me ever making any kind of attires or characters.
