Noelle at Goodsprings New Vegas event

Lyn was stuck inside a sealed vault where she was kept as a test subject since pre-war, her body changed from multiple chemical experiments. Now she is free and traveling the wasteland to satiate her curiosity and hunger for good snacks.

Finalizing Lyn's design (og + fallout)
