The first photo was taken at 24mm, and the second one at 70mm.
A minute change in perspective and focal length can make such big of a difference.
The same thought applies to a lot of things in life, "changing your perspective, changes your experience." It could offe...
The light rays were not something I expected to see piercing through the trees at 5 a.m.
This photo became the video thumbnail, and I printed it out myself and stuck it on my door. Still one of my favorite photos to date.
Also Lightroom really brings the photo to life, the settings are included, I don't use presets because of the differen...

Sorry for being MIA recently, for those of you that have received the prints, I'm super happy that they have arrived safely and hope y'all liked them too!
I have been taking a week's break recently and for the first time, I went on a trip without really thinking about filmin...
Hey guys! Hope you're having a great 2023 so far!
Just wanted to let some of you know I have just sent out the prints! (This photo was one of them, but all of you will be getting different prints!)
Now that I am more familiar with international shipping, the next time I send them out should be less of a faff!
I will...
Finally had some time to go and do some sample prints today! I had a friend who bought a professional printer and he was so kind to let me go and print the photos I wanted to send you guys. They look super clean and I am super happy about how they turned out. I will be sending them out randomly so it will be a surprise lol.
New video will be ...
Sound Design is a very important aspect of my videos. I used to just think that having the right music would already be good enough. But adding the sounds down to the very minuscule things really adds a whole new layer of dynamic to the sequence.
This is the intro of my upcoming video, as you can see more than half

Hope y'all doing well wherever you are! Just wanna keep you guys updated on what I have been up to recently and wanted to give you guys some advice and at the same time ask y'all for a bit of suggestion :)
1. This month has been hectic so far, already meeting 7 deadlines with 3 more to finish off the semester. So editing is a bit slower t...
Hopefully by the end of the week!
Just gotta balance video editing with finals, one of my most anticipated videos to edit so far! Brings me back so much memories again :')
New Video Coming Soon! Still trying to re-edit some footage because they did not turn out the way I wanted them to.
My Final Year of University is becoming a hectic one, still trying to get my life sorted. But I would say things are going well, new sleep schedule, new routine, and new perspective, will explain a bit more in the upcoming video...
Since Fall is already here I might as well show y'all some of my favorite shots of Autumn.
I spent half of my already dwindling savings on this trip when I was a freshman, skipped a few classes, and might have lied to my parents about where I was going, but I think the experience was worth every single penny and might have further kickstarted...
What do you think is the best time to sleep and wake up?
What are your sleep schedules?
Do you prefer to sleep late or early if you can freely choose?
Do you feel more productive in the morning or at night?
Here are some Thumbnails that I took before I filmed the video.
The thing about YouTube is that once you posted a video you can still change the title and thumbnail as you go along which is something that I have done multiple times and sometimes with magnificent results even a few months later as I posted the video.
8. My THIRD Attempt at Vlogging
It is a 3 part series of Japan. Please watch it only if you have time :)
Word of caution I was speaking in Cantonese because I thought I was thinking it would be better to vlog in Cantonese :) BUT I guess a I threw that idea out of the window for a while already
7. My SECOND Attempt at Vlogging
Yes, it was a 7-day trip and there was a lot of footage so I had to separate them or else the video would literally be an hour long.
2022-10-25 13:38:12 +0000 UTC View Post6. This was my FIRST attempt at VLOGGING
3 Years Ago
My friends and I went on a graduation trip to Japan. And I thought that it would be great "content" for YouTube so I tried vlogging for the first time.
A 15 minute video seems effortless back then, when now I feel like a 5 minute video is already long enough. This is on...

This video was for Peter McKinnon's B-Roll Challenge back in 2018.
Obviously, I didn't win. But it was great fun making it.
4. First "Public" Video on The Channel
This was the second video I ever filmed after I got my camera.
Nothing too special, just hanging out with the boys for a photoshoot.
But looking back at where I started I was just obsessed with slow-motion and music, maybe that's why they looked terrible lol.
3. Thailand
Apologies for the overuse of transitions and horribly unstabilized footage, gotta start somewhere right? :)
2. Snow in Sapporo
My first snowboarding trip in Japan, it was hella fun, I made this small edit just for the memories. Was still fun to rewatch.
1. Me Trying to Learn Magic
The card in the thumbnail is actually real, I made it just for the thumbnail and still kept it till this day.
2022-10-25 13:18:13 +0000 UTC View PostThis is what my typical editing timeline looks like in Premiere Pro.
I know it looks very intimidating but it only starts out with two lines, the more sound and effect I add onto the video, the more complicated the layers become.
Do you guys want a more detailed breakdown of how I edit videos? Let me know in the comments!
After 4 weeks, 5 edit drafts, and countless crashes on Premiere Pro. The video is finally ready.
I am not a good vlogger by any means, I feel like I still need a lot of time to figure out how to vlog, but at the same time, I prefer to tell stories than just vlogging. So actually up till today, I am still trying to figure out what my style is....
Hope you guys are doing well!
From now on I will upload RAW/JPG Photos into this Google Drive Folder and feel free to DOWNLOAD and EDIT the photos yourselves!
If you want to show it to me after editing do feel free as well, just let me know via comments or messages on Pat...
A compilation of portraits I took and edited of my friends when I first got my camera in 2017-2018.
I have no idea I had most of these shots until I was tidying my files and deleting photos.
Not my proudest series photos because all I did was bump up the contrast and clarity to the max and thought it looked cool, but now looking at it it'...
First time trying out a cheap vintage lens on my camera and I have to say. I really dig the vibe.
Generally, old lens are not as sharp and they do not have an anti-reflective coating which causes the dramatic lens flare in the photo. But I have to say it looks really flattering while taking portraits and the lens flare look is something that...
