This one took extra time and broke my schedule a bit. Each panel could be expanded into a page of its own but I didn't want to extend this story into 2025. I plan to finish this book in May (maybe June) and then we'll do another crowdfunder to print the book.

Obviously, I re-used some assets here. But they're my assets to use.
The only problem was, that it wasn't entirely clear what was going on in the last panel. So I had to show the final result of that gravity beam blast on the next page, which wasn't my original intent.

Aw, nertz. This should have gone up before page 66. So I guess y'all get a twofer today.
Guess who I modeled the rescuers lined up behind Guido and Sargon on in panel 5?

Where does the time go? All right a new page each day this week, at least.

This is where the fellow we later knew was named "Dexter" screwed things up by being difficult.

Usually when I do holiday-oriented strips they are not part of the continuity, but in this case I could fit one easily into the ongoing story, so, here we are.
The background in the last panel is a close-up photo of my own Christmas tree, with some CSP filters applied.

I'm also making this strip accessible to all subscribers, because t...

Long-time readers know how I love to drop pop-art references into this story so it seemed that presenting the Jetsons' apartment building as a location in Bubbleopolis would be a no-brainer.

Yikes, have I fallen behind now! Sorry, folks, a hard-drive crash last month while I was trying to get the Omnibus book ready pretty much wrecked my schedule. So, in addition to this page I'm posting a new page on Thursday and Friday this week and strive to do better catching-up.

Anyway this is the second part of the Resistance assault on...

The whole point was to establish that the fleet is occupying Bubbleopolis' usual space, which complicates things a bit.

That last panel, where Bok gives Jerome the "finger" -- I gave some thought to this: What sort of gesture would likely be the equivalent of The Finger a thousand years and half a billion light-years from here and now? Probably not The Finger,...

Kickstarter update correction

Some readers have informed me that the Bitly link I noted in the Sept 18 installment doesn't work.
This is because I didn't realize Bitly links are case-sensitive, and the comic-book lettering font I used in the installment doesn't show upper-vs-lower case.
Here it is showing the proper cases:   View Post

A bigger help has been my younger son, Ian,...

It gets more difficult every time. But I did have some time to sketch out some very rough designs for a female K'Tagon. After all, the next chapter involves that race. So far we've only seen two versions of Ralff. But there will be a lot more, male and female, coming up.

This sketch isn't really a final pass, there will be refinements. Bu...
