Another Loss in the Family

First of all thank you for your condolences, it was a tough time for us saying goodbye to him. I'm doing okay. We're slowly getting used to a new life without my dad in it, but sometimes I even forget he's gone. I guess it will take sometime for my mind to get used to his absence.

My dad's battle is over. He doesn't have to suffer anymore. He passed away yesterday at 11am in his sleep. I was there for him everyday and it was hard seeing him in that hospital bed struggling to breathe, but the nurse said he was asleep the whole morning and around 11am his heart stopped.
