This is an add-on for Blender 2.80+ and 2.79.
It shows a popup dialog with all the vertex groups of your mesh so you can quickly select them. Picking a vertex group from the list will make it active. It's great for weight painting.

This an add-on for Blender 2.79 and 2.80+.
It adds a new Weight Paint tool called "Normalize Unlocked".
This tool is similar to the built-in Normalize All, except that it ignores the vertex groups that are locked.
It normalizes weights only between unlocked groups, useful for when you have vertex groups for man...
