Is anyone having issues accessing benefits?

Hello friends! I had someone message me because they could not access the early access post despite the fact that they had signed up for the correct tier. I happened to notice the little 'hover card' displayed the wrong tier name for them; aka the tier name didn't match the pledge level, which is what I assume caused this issue. I've contacted Patreon about it, but I'm now worried about other people having potentially experienced the same issue, and simply not contacting me because they thought they'd misunderstood something, or worse; that I wasn't keeping the promises made in the tier descriptions! D:

If any of you have had the same issue (or any other issue) please don't hesitate to contact me asap! 💜 I'm hoping Patreon will get back to me asap, but until then, please let me know if you haven't received your early access or other rewards as a thank you for your support! I sincerely hope this is a one off bug and that it'll be quickly resolved.
