Used the shorter version daily assembling factory automation equipment for over 3 years. Had the cheaper smaller black head version before that. The small one lasted 6 months. The bigger one still works mostly well but if you are on extentions or have too much vibration in the setup it will just rattle and not turn. This problem was less prevalent when new. As she got loose in the hips it got worse. Seems like the cam would just wobble the lever arms but not enough to kick it to the next gear tooth. The larger batteries are a must for better torque but they fall out quicker and need a love tap every few bolts to keep them in.
