Update on CH43

My Thanksgiving plans changed. Initially, I was going to be around town, but now I'm out of town and won't be back until late Saturday. For this reason, I won't be able to put out 43 on time.
I'm pushing it back to December 1st (the 2nd at the latest). December was always going to be a one-chapter month because I'll be flying back home to be with family. Instead, November will be a one-chapter month while December gets two—CH43 at the start and CH44 will be after Christmas.
Sorry for the slight delay. I hope everyone understands.
