Raycevick's Recommendations: The Witcher
Added 2022-05-09 13:01:10 +0000 UTCIt seems that the reputation of video game adaptations is very rapidly fading between Netflix's Arcane, Castlevania, and now, The Witcher. No, I wouldn't count this show as being on the level of either of those programs, but that doesn't mean it isn't damn entertaining, or remarkably well made and acted.
The acting especially, and not just by Henry Cavell, but everybody in the cast, especially in Season 2, where Ciri gets so much chance to shine.
The occasional boring storyline, or questionable character choice just isn't enough to stop me from recommending this show, that for the most part, had me grinning ear to ear.
