Did you grow up watching YTV? If so, what was your favourite show?

Hello fellow Canadian. I definitely knew of YTV, but I spent most of my childhood TV watching on Teletoon. Friend and I were just talking about its shows. 6teen, Power Rangers, Megaman, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, etc.

All I really regret is not knowing of Avatar The Last Airbender. That's one I actually would've kept with me.

Thoughts on Halo infinite's campaign?

Very much enjoyed it overall. I'm surprised when someone told me no one's been praising the storytelling, because I think it's easily 343's best work to date. Though, I am putting emphasis on storytelling, the story itself is fine, exactly what I'd expect from a Halo game.

I've been thinking of Infinite as 343's Halo 2. A game that's both impeccably polished and completely rushed to market, and is not the game the developer intended. Considering how chaotic the development was though, I'm just glad it made at least something out of the situation, and nailed down its gameplay which hasn't really happened since Halo 3.

It's good they finally realized no one likes fighting the Promeatheans.

What's you opinion on games not releasing finished? promising content (like split screen for example) will come later

An annoyance to be sure but until the marketplace changes, I don't see any prevention for. It's been generally accepted by players that games will improve over time, and now, there even seems to be an expectation when a game is released broken of what timeline it'll be on to recovery.

In general we take things for granted. That games used to be released in a more polished state was something we took for granted, but I think now we're taking for granted a game's possibility to even be recovered.

So, not a fan of it, but the systems which enable games to release broken, also improve a lot of games that never would've had a shot fifteen years ago.

What was the first video game you remember completing and were contemplative for a prolonged period of time?

Hmm... that is a tricky one.

Probably Halo: CE. Dust and Echoes lives on in so many people's memories, because I think it was the first time for a lot of people to play as a big hero, to hear the opposite of triumphant credits music.

2012 was a year of three games that kept me thinking, Far Cry 3, Telltale's Walking Dead, and of course, Spec Ops The Line. I think that year was what led me to doing what I do now.

What are some of your favorite film makers?

Guy Richie, Martin McDonagh, David Fincher, Martin Campbell, Michael Moore, and of course, I do love films by Spielberg and Tarantino. I've been going through a lot of TV Shows at the moment though, so really appreciating the vision of people like David Chase, Warren Ellis, and Kenji Kamiyama.
