If you could run at max speed of 100km/h but would never allowed to drive a car/bike/whatever else again would you do it?
In a perfect world, absolutely yes!
Realistically, I'd end up just recreating the opening of The Boys for several people, I'd become the anomaly of the world, and a bunch of scientists would kidnap me to harvest my organs so... I think I'm good.

Whats your dream car? Without worrying about maintenance (unless you're into that).
Definitely not into that.
I've always loved the Koenigsegg CCX, such an absolute brute of a hypercar designed to scare people. However, in-terms of a more usable Dream Car, an E30 M3, or a Ferrari 355.
Those restoration projects for classics like old 911s and E-Type's is pretty goddamn sick too.

Is Need for Speed Pro Street underrated?
Eh, I would say it's very much rated.
I don't meet many that feel any particular ill will against Pro Street, merely that it was a slightly underwhelming racing games with only a couple holdover features from earlier games to carry it against the competition.
It's got a style that's unique, but more in-terms of representing a legacy of racing league that doesn't really exist anymore, which really only matters to car nerds.
I played it, and thought it was... alright.

When it comes to music, do you catch up on what's new these days?
Not in-terms of Top 40, I've got no idea what's happening there, but I eagerly anticipate new albums from Chemical Brothers, Nine Inch Nails, HEALTH, etc.
I do listen to Pop like Billie Eilish, big duos like Run the Jewels, and the new Nova Twins album Supernova's gonna get recommended in the near future.
Because music is so visceral and easy to listen to, unlike a show, it's much easier to keep up with the latest your favorite acts are doing.
