Recommendations: Cynic EP by Sister Crayon
Added 2022-10-10 13:00:11 +0000 UTCSometimes, you'll find a twenty minute EP from nearly ten years ago that you're still playing to this day. I knew nothing of Sister Crayon and honestly, I only just discovered what else she's doing today, which just makes me excited to hear more.
This Cynic EP starts with a beautifully dark and somber title track that manages to build the momentum of a sprinter, and while the rest of the EP doesn't hit that same energy, it's just as atmospheric yet catchy.
