Blur is one of the most beautifully pure games of a decade obsessed with bogging games down, that's only gotten worse with time.
IRL Mario Kart shouldn't be this gorgeous or enthralling, but it is! The realistic vehicles and environments with muted colors just make the powers light up the whole road like a Nightclub without becoming overwhelming.
While multiplayer is when this game comes alive, locally or online, it's core-gameplay loop is good enough to make even the simple singleplayer campaign fun to play.
Because Activision hasn't so much as acknowledged this game since release, and isn't available on any legal storefront, it's easy to acquire online, and more than worth the small effort getting from the Internet Archive or elsewhere.
