Health's last main record Slaves of Fear, is one I declared to be my favorite from the band before it even got to the title track. It was something so beautifully paced, so varied in its thick electronic sound, and even more so in its emotions, that I unintentionally listened to it start to finish dozens of times.
Rat Wars is a record that for some reason... I didn't think much of upon first listening.
And I can't really think why, especially after I've already repeated it start to finish at the same rate I did with Slaves of Fear, the synths might be even more addictive and catchy than before.
It's becoming expected for HEALTH to be of this high quality, and that just make them even more impressive.
