Release Schedule and Early Access

This post aims to explain both early access and release schedule, as they are related to each other. Make sure to give this a proper read!

Release Schedule

We aim to release a new chapter every 2-3 months, with Patreon members getting early access (see Early Access below).

Bugfixes will be posted if needed, usually following the chapter releases.

Other updates (QoL improvement, other platform support, translations) will come, but the time required on these is uncertain, so they won’t follow a regular schedule.

Early Access

TL;DR - Patreon get early access of a new chapter 3 weeks before it is on our itch.io page.

To elaborate with some more detail: Each time a new chapter is ready, the full chapter is released on Patreon to the members of appropriate tier. A demo will be also posted to our itch.io page, and 3 weeks later the full chapter will be also posted to the itch.io page.

This is mainly to fund the art used in the visual novel. Becoming a member directly helps us to improve the game!

Q&A

Q: Why does this not apply to the chapter 1 of the game?

We're new to the FVN scene and have no previous work, hence we wish to build interest and community via publicly showing the first chapter's plot and potential, before asking for support.

Q: Is there a chance that you get off schedule?

There is. To mitigate that, we have the entire plot planned and to be written into script. In case postponements still happen, announcements will be made both on our Discord server and here.
