Feedback wanted! & New crediting arrangement

Therefore, we have made this feedback form that you can fill out. We have made every question optional (as you might not have a strong opinion on every matter), so please just spend five minutes filling it out.
We have also noticed that requiring new members to fill out a form to be credited is too inconvenient, so we will do this from now on - the director will message each new member before each new public build to credit everyone manually. As such, the old crediting form is no longer receiving new responses.
