New Assets: Bar Furnitore and More!

Includes:
- Two (and a half) more bar designs
- A bunch of new chairs, including another modular couch
- Small round tables
- Games like Billiards and a slot machine
- DJ equipment
- Lights, including window blinds and a screen light
- Air mattresses
- A new shower and a squatting toilet
- A new Wardrobe and a new dresser drawer design
- A fish bowl and a curtain
As always you can find the new stuff under the "SFM new" tag. I also hid a little easter egg or two if you want to look for it!

Some tips:
- You can rotate lights with the Select Tool (bottom of the tool bar)
- If you want the bar or modular couch in a place where it doesn't snap, build it in a place where it snaps first, and then move the whole thing with the Select Tool to wherever you want it.
- The Select Tool can snap to grid for individual pieces if you grab and move the piece on the first click, instead of selecting it first. Unfortunately this does not work when selecting multiple pieces.
- Something I forgot last time: If you need more blankets and pillows for the beds you can scale down the ones in this pack.

To build a bar map while in lockdown is both invigorating and depressing at the same time... Ah, what the heck, I am already depressed anyway!
