I noticed on the weekend that I really underestimated my experience as Viv. My work in zenthai shiatsu is based on presence, intention, connection, play and authentically being in service to another soul. Itโs not about mastering massage techniques and movement.
Itโs amazing to realise Iโve already been embodying this in my being for the last 6.5 years. ๐ฑ
What Iโm so grateful for is the comments Iโve received from my zenthai family recently about my touch. Some spoke about my assertiveness, strength and confidence which is felt in my sessions. ๐ญ One of my favourites is being told yesterday that he felt so much love come through from my zenthai flow and touch that could help a feeling of loneliness within him. ๐
Anywho - I hope to continue doing all of that and elevating energetically in everything Iโve aspired to. ๐
