It was definitely interesting to work on this pose, since it, well ... shows a lot lol. Also had to make sure the blue/purple tints were distinct enough between the forms, and use the dark and light tones to her hair and robe.
There's also a few variants, so I hope you guys like it!

Draenei themes are often very blue/purple colored, so I knew it had a lot of similar tones in the image, so I had to come up with a bit of dark and light areas so the image didn't look a sea of blue/ purple tones lol. The background initially had a bit more definition, but I had to blur it more because it was conflicting a bit with her, so I had to make sure there was enough "distance" between them. It was definitely an interesting image to work at, and I'm really happy with the result =D

2020-12-01 14:55:20 +0000 UTCOh my god these colours... ๐ป๐ป๐ป๐๐ I absolutely adore these overall cool colour tones with the background looking utterly gorgeous with the blue exterior shining between those swirling purple designs. And with Yrel herself, her blonde hair being basically the only warm colour in the scene is quite striking, really making sure to bring the eye there and to her beautiful face. Despite her falling shirt also being purple, it's much richer/darker than her skin, making it really stand out against her body and provide a lovely contrast. Likewise, the man's body and hands also stand out quite a bit from the surrounding pillows and Yrel's shirt. And of course all the rendering is utterly marvellous, I really like the colours of the pillows with a bright blue edge-light against darker tones on top, with the lighter tones below looking quite warm and vibrant. The textures that we see for the man look great and very distinct from Yrel herself and I do really like all of the little bumps and details in his hand and fingers as they wrap over her body. Yrel's shirt looks utterly gorgeous with this loose, light material falling down her arm and body, folding over itself as it slides. The actual textures and definition of the various creases and folds is lovely and I do really like that addition blue-green edge lighting on her left breast, making it pop out from the arm behind it. And with Yrel herself... just wow! Those horns look terrific with a tonne of detail to them, like those thin lines of light on the corners of all of the plane changes and that thin blue-edge lighting. The overall lighting with the top planes of the horns being more brightly lit is a nice contrast to the more shadow-covered lower/curling parts of them too. Her hair is just beautiful and just like the horns, the thin blue lighting on top is a great contrast. The overall hair is so wonderfully detailed and I love that little warm shine running through the fringe (and asymmetrical fringes like this that sweep over one side of the face are always so sexy) Her face is utterly beautiful, perfectly defined and I really like the subtle blue tones on the bridge of the nose, while the little lip-biting is gorgeous (love the purple lips too) And her body is just sensationally rendered with beautiful smooth skin tones but with a nice sense of painterly texture mixed into the thighs. The little shine spot on the knee with a more subtle line of light running through both thighs are a lovely highlight and all of the subtle shadows through the legs give them such a great sense of shape. The breasts too are just beautiful and as with the clothed one, the little blue high-light makes the exposed one pop from the arm. That same highlight also looks lovely on the nipple too, also turns out that purple nipples are very sexy too as we're seeing here! ๐ And the subtle shine on the nipple, breast and skin between both breasts is again a great highlight to those areas and I do like the light and shadow between the breasts creating that little dip in skin. Absolutely beautiful work on this piece! The colours are so wonderful and the scene, particularly with the facial expression, is just so sensual. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
