Just to make sure, this image is part of June's rewards, not July!
Hey everyone, here's the 6th and final image of the series! I learned a lot with those images, specially in terms of making the body feels more "natural" and also had a great time handling different expressions and angles.
I can safely say it was one of my favourite series to work with her. So I hope you guys liked it as well!
And I'm curious, since the poses and expressions are very different between one and the other, which one(s) are your favourite? =D
Also, the rewards will be sent between Wednesday night and Thursday morning, since I still need to render/finish the videos and files of the images. Rest assured there will be a post when the rewards are actually sent as usual.
----------------- EDIT ------------------
I thought it would be cool to share the process of this series, to give you guys a bit of insight on how it works.
Initially I had the idea of making just image 1 and 3. It wasn't a series back then, they were single images that I thought about months ago.
But since they had a very similar setup (in bed, with sun coming through window and such) I decided to make it a series and included image 2 and 4.
This was basically what I had in mind when I started the project.

But then when I started to create the series, my girlfriend suggested "how come she didn't drop the phone on her face? it happens with everyone!" And I decided it would be a fun concept to build upon and make something a little more fun and clumsy instead of just "being sexy".
So I adapted image #2 to have a phone, pushed the 3rd image to the 5th.
The 3rd image was supposted to just have Iris checking her phone, and only in the 4th dropping on her face .. but the 3 images felt way too similar, so I scrapped the 3rd image and simply moved to have the phone dropping on her face on the 3rd image, and the "stretch" on the 4th.

Then I had the "oh crap" moment.
Basically image #5 didn't really made sense with the rest of the motion. It felt weird to have 4 images in a row where she had a clear body and motion direction and break that in the 5th image. To get even better, the 6th image simply didn't fit in the frame. Her head was basically touching the top of the image, which is a no-no in terms of composition. And it felt really weird to move the "framing" up just on the last image.
So I had to scrap image 5 and 6 and start them from scratch. I wanted to have more "natural" poses that didn't feel like she was posing for a picture. So I went with that "can't open my eyes yet" idea for image 5 and having her body relaxed and something really trivial with image 6, where she's literally just scratching her leg and tucking the hair behing the ear.
Anyway, hope you guys liked to see this insight, to have a better idea on how the process works and the number of things that are considered for those series to make sure the images work individually but also convey a sense of a "scene" =)
