I think my PTSD is in a pretty active stage.
I didn't understand it so clearly, until the moments when I began to notice a dull obsession, a loss of concentration and that I'm twitching to sharp sounds.
Maybe i will post more info news, trying to got some relax from this.I started taking anti-anxiety pills, yeah i've been holding off for so long!
Also i updated some tiers for support to end this war, i think most people here in Ukraine are +/- sick in lower or higher level. I so much want to see the end of this madness. So i can free breath from death threats.
