My Hero

Hephaestion died in the fall of 324 BC and I painted accordingly. Alexander the Great was so saddened that he ordered his dead dearest friend to be revered as a hero.
I have been drawing too many men lately. From now on, I would like to draw more women, including those in the process of being drawn :)(but, I am working on another drawing of Alexander and Hephaestion....)

Byzantine is good! (I currently have a skeb-commission to draw, but it's another male drawing.) I'll do my best to gather material so that I can draw other subjects someday.
