If you’re ever bored or can’t think of a video to react to, choose Scooby Doo on Zombie Island. Where monsters are real lol. I do think nostalgia has a say in my memory of it but I do think you’ll fully get why I think it’s scarier than this movie haha.

So I think the cult lead by the grandma performed a ritual to put Paimon into Charlie before she was born with thinking to would be a boy. And Charlie mentioned something about that earlier.

2023-11-01 01:18:29 +0000 UTCFINALLY HEREDITARY, not gonna lie, like you Snax I thought the movie wasn’t like scary in the normal sense when I watched it for the first time, it was more like just super disturbing. And I think the scariest part about it for me was how like it was inevitable like Peter literally could not escape. Also home invasion by naked people is scary asf 😭But yea I would say it’s more unsettling than scary but I felt like it adds to the whole movie’s vibe which made it I guess terrifying to me.

It’s like The Babadook to me. A fun movie, certainly not scary. I watched it in theaters and then a few years later again at home after seeing people rave about it non stop. Hoping maybe I grew up and just saw it different. Again, nothing. And the mom annoyed me so much. It’s not a bad movie. It’s just not scary, in my opinion. Scooby Doo on Zombie Island is infinitely more scary than this.
