JJBA: Part 4 | EP 1-2

Oof, I realized I messed up about Tomoko's age. In 1983, she was 21 when Josuke was born. So, 16 years later (now), means she is 37 years old.

- I thought it was enjoyable to watch the video compilation of Part 1 after you finished the 2nd Part. It was nice to see you react to key moments of the Part. 🙂 - Aww, well we will miss Sam but, it's great that he's in a good place. I hope you don't get too overwhelmed with video editing. I imagine it must be a lot of work for the mind. - Right off the bat, murder mystery. - I really like Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable because of the characters, the setting, the kooky hilarity that happens, and the incredible battles. 😀 - Haha, at first, the change in art style is strange. 😄 It was purposely done because when the manga came out, Araki (the author) decided to change it up. You'll get used to it eventually. 😌 - The hat will remain a mystery. 😅 - Since the episode brings out, keep in mind that this Part starts out in April of 1999. So, about 10 years after Part 3. - We're introduced to the character known as Koichi Hirose (ko-ee-chee, hee-ro-seh). - No animal is guaranteed safety in JJBA. 😔 The scene with the turtle hurt me in the gut. The little guy. 🥺 - New character, star of Part 4, and born in 1983, Josuke Higashikata (jo-soo-keh, hee-gah-shee-kah-tah). He's one of my favorites of this Part. 😁 Jotaro mentions that in 1987, Josuke came down with a fever for 50 days...just like another someone who was sick for 50 days. 👀 - Soon, the full scope of Josuke's stand will be explained. 😀 - Jotaro mentioned that Tomoko Higashikata was 21 years old when Josuke was born. So, 10 years later (now), she's 31. Joseph was 62 years when he had the affair. Keep in mind that Hamon kept Joseph looking pretty young for his age at the time. Still, it's weird that it happened at all. - That shock factor of Josuke punching through people, am I right? 😅 - Angelo's stand is pretty scary in the hands of a serial killer. 😬 I hate this character. The author made sure that his readers did, as well, by mentioning all the reports about his crimes. Your reactions of disbelief because of this man, is valid. - Woohoo, intro time! 😆 It's up to you whether you want to watch them. Some will say it has spoilers while others say there's no harm in doing so. - Caesar! 😭 Another Zeppeli that was gone too soon. - Josuke saying "dora" is just his battle cry. It's similar to Jotaro using "ora" when he's doing a barrage of punches. They don't have a meaning as far as I know. 🤔 - Now we know for sure that Josuke can "fix" anything but, that doesn't equate to healing all the time. So, he can't bring anyone back from the dead. He also can't fix his own injuries. According to Jotaro, Josuke has the kindest stand because he has a kind heart. - It's understandable to call Jotaro, "Jojo" at this point. Josuke doesn't have a nickname that us fans call him by. His first name is sufficient. - Since Aqua Necklace's range is A, it should refer to him being able to fully control his stand from a great distance away. Perhaps he has a range limit? If he does, he won't be able to go past a certain distance with his stand if his physical body is too far away. Also, if a stand does something to another stand, the stand user is affected. There are a few exceptions to that. - Although you say you don't have a good memory, you definitely remember the Angelo Stone looking a particular way. 🙂👍🏼 - Yay, I'm glad you're already liking this Part. 😁 I also love that you have been playing the openings and endings for each JJBA episode since Part 1. 😆 For this show, it's well worth it.

Josuke power is recoveration not healing and with his speed being like star platinum he does it so fast you don't get affected by it, like when he punched a hole in them and they didn't die from it

It's better not to watch the openings as soon as they appear, a lot of spoilers you can get, not watching the openings as soon as they appear, you will not know who in this part of the users of the standard, it will add some intrigue, if necessary, I can write the numbering of the series when you can watch the openings, in the sense that all the characters from the opening to this series will already show, this applies to all parts of the remaining in general.

Also, with Jotaro's hat, I think it's just become an inside joke that his hair is fused with his hat, the weird fusion at the back is just part of the character design/style at this point :P

Part 4 is more of a "Slice of life" season set in the crazy bizarre small town of Morioh, which is a nice break from the intense world-ending threats of the previous parts. While there is still a developing plot and threat, there is a lot more room to showcase stand users that aren't purely for battle, some of them are just neat and useful. Lots of fun antics in this part, but don't let it fool you, Josuke's stand being able to heal people only means there can be even more brutal injuries without consequence :)

I wonder if you are starting to see why people at the beginning said part 1 is the worst one. It's not that part 1 is bad it's that JoJo's gets better and better (and more "JoJo's" for lack of a better term).

One of the big reasons for the art style change, is because over the course of creating part 4 the author's(Hirohiko Araki) art style changed a lot. So, to account for the change, the animes art style is meant to closely resemble the way it looked at the end of it all. Also, I believe the second Jo comes from one of the ways Josuke can be pronounced. In Kanji, "suke" can also be pronounced as "Jo"

Josuke is definitely one of my favorites, I love how clever this fucking guy is and stylish too! Also the villian in this season is definitely one of my favorites in all of anime as well. The JoBros too, I love them to death as well. Especially the one stupid silly guy (no spoilers) I hope you enjoy this season Mattables!! I will be watching and waiting super super eagerly!!

"When he was twelve he was sent to jail for multiple counts of sexual assault and murder." ah okay so he's pretty fucked u- "Oh also recently he sexually assaulted and killed two boys, then abducted a third one, ripped his junk out and nailed it to a wall. Also he kills dogs by biting chunks out of them." Jeez that's a lot wtf how evil is this dude- "Just an episode ago, offscreen, he sexually assaulted and killed another woman and possessed her boyfriend to rob a store. He thinks leaving dog poop on the ground is so evil it should be punished by death."
