Looking around at others I follow, 2-3 (closer to 2) a month appears to be the average. Some advertise by using a cropped/censored/safe versions on their socials. Member polls for characters is also a good way to keep members, but you'll have to be careful to not just feed the majority every time or else you might end up just drawing the same select characters every time.
