If you want to try this again, I have some suggestions that will likely work better: Use a wired lavalier mic. These cheap-ish wireless mics reject a tonne of frequencies and I've never figured out why. If that means you need to record split-system audio and edit it back together in post, so be it. Using this image as an example, if you clip the mic to the underside of your shirt, upside down, and closest to your belly, then the mic has the best possible chance of capturing gurgles. (P.S. your stomach is normally on your left hand side and directly under where your nipple is; obviously not in your ribcage, but where your abdomen starts and your ribs end? In that squishy area? Your stomach is situated there. :3)
