Honestly, I think New Year’s should be around Easter time? New life and all that rather than dreary, cold, debt crushing January. Ew.
Speaking of new life and beginnings, I‘ve been re-reading Always Raining Here, one of the first webcomics I got into, so the style of this is a sort of homage to that. It really got me thinking about how much it opened the world of webcomics to me, eventually setting me on the path to becoming a creator myself.
Oscar and Ezra were created years before in novel form, way before I knew what webcomics were. Since then, I discovered ginger x dark haired protagonists are big thing amongst many stories hahaha.
