APRIL 🌧 WRITING EXPERIMENT POLL!
Added 2020-04-09 16:21:39 +0000 UTCFor extra information!
Option 1: 7 days, 7 prompts.
I'd take an hour each day to write a short story or alongside a prompt in a genre that I haven't tried before! (Or have tried, but rarely, like sci-fi.) I'm thinking it could also be fun if y'all give me some prompts OR I announce what genre on which day and maybe we could all do some together. :)
Option 2: Locations & Mediums.
I'd take a few days to test how I do with 30-minute sprints typing, writing on my phone, hand-writing, using a standing desk, writing with a livestream, writing outside, etc. to come up with an idea on which location and medium helps me to be "most productive." :)
I'm really looking forward to either or both of these! I'll check-in on the results by April 15th and go with the winner. :)

The experiment with using different writing means like phone, handwritten etc and how different locations could potentially help you is probably going to help you figure out what's best for you and that's great for progress. Sounds awesome and I think I might try it too! (I just became a patron so this is my first poll and I'm excited 😁)

2020-04-09 22:29:26 +0000 UTCOooh, I love where your head is at Regina!! I'll make a note. Maybe next Camp NaNoWriMo I can do weekly Patreon write-ins again and we could have a different genre/prompt each time?? :)

2020-04-09 21:43:31 +0000 UTCYes, I like the locations one. I think the different genres would be a great idea for write-ins. Patreon members could do a 90-minute sci-fi or paranormal or fantasy or romance.... See what we come up with in the write-in and will it turn into something greater? (longer, marketable).

2020-04-09 20:14:11 +0000 UTCI really like the locations option, but I'm not sure that the options for varied locations is available at this point. I'd like to see the difference, for example between coffee shops vs. libraries (re: ambient noise, etc.)
