My plans for 2018

Hello everyone!

First of all, thank you all for the support! I really appreciate you still coming back to my Patreon even though I haven't been active as I would have liked.

For that same reason, I wanted to talk to you about your pledges, I've decided to leave this account as just a simple donation page for those that still want to give their support. I haven't been active because of 2 reasons, one connected with the other; I've been suffering from severe depression since the beginning of the year, this had basically rendered me in an apathetic mode where I didn't want to do anything, not even work on already scheduled commissions, for this I felt horrible that I was just not being professional with my clients and then get even more depressed that my commissions were piling up while my same clients would email asking in all their right to see where their figure was at. As you can see this was a vicious circle.

I did start therapy in February, which has helped me A LOT since then and I'm in a much better place than the beginning of the year, I'm working on all backlogged commissions but it's now a round the clock thing where now my youtube channel is just collecting dust.

I've decided that I will quit doing commissions after I'm done with the ones I have scheduled for 2018 which are very few and I left that on purpose. I've been close to burning out on this hobby, because all I ever did was paint kits for everybody but never get to keep one for me, while I keep purchasing more kits and they also now collect dust in my closet as well. 

So the solution to this predicament is to stop taking commissions and focus on my work for me, this includes youtube; I'm close to 10k subs and I feel bad that I haven't uploaded anything, so I want to also concentrate on growing it more and publishing more quality content while also working on my personal kits.

I plan on doing videos with a theme for each month, looking at my collection, I can say that I have though about doing a "Fairy month" where I only paint fairies, another "Sailor Moon month" where I only upload SM related content, so on and so forth, I have a lot of variety of figures and I can do something like this to make it fun.

I also want to put out more tutorials, some new and some to update the ones I already have, like the skin tone and eyes tutorial.

I feel much more inspired thinking of all these things that I will do, but before I can do that, I need to finish all the pending kits from this year and the next.

Basically, my patreon will still be here, while I get all my pending commissions resolved, I will revive it with the exclusive content that I've failed to bring you, that also makes me feel bad because I feel as if I'm taking advantage of your generosity without any rewards and I don't want to continue that way, at least not until I'm 100% sure that I can do it.
