Polls for future uploads

I've been thinking a lot lately about what would be the best way to include you more in deciding which songs to upload in the future. I kind of feel pressure that you won't like or find useful what I post here.

Probably most of the people here have similar tastes in music, so I would like to know what are your favorite bands and we can start from there.

I'll start doing polls with the bands that are mentioned the most and together we will decide on songs.

Be sure to let me know if you have any other ideas. I would love to hear them

Every song of RHCP. E.g. rare once like Gong-li from the B-Site

Daniel

Thanks for all these bands Maksim!

Love this idea!! I would like to propose to analyze various genre groups, here are a few underrated and not so mainstream, in my style they are: Blind Melon, The Alan Parsons Project, Her's, Masayoshi Takanaka, Annihilator, Porcupine Tree, Opeth, The Smiths (more songs pls), Billy Idol, Jercub, boy pablo, Lenny Kravits, Fleetwood Mac, Placebo, Death of Lovers. Thank you for your content, I hope in the near future there will be a couple of analyzes of several songs from these artists, I also think it will be useful to listen to new ones for those who have not heard

Максим Коршевенюк

Michael Lanteri

I second this list

Dan the Geetarman

For me it’s all the classics: Led zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, cream, etc. would love to also see anything from Gary Hoey (big fan).

Dan the Geetarman

They have plenty of good songs, L'enfant Sauvage would be ome of them

Xabier Fernández García

Thanks for the suggestions Xabier. I've been waiting for someone to mention Gojira because i would definitely want to give them a try. I've never played their music but it sounds like it's fun to learn

Nikola Gugoski

John Mayer, QOTSA, SOAD, Gojira, While She sleeps

Xabier Fernández García

I've never done Pearl Jam and I should definitely try a few songs. Thanks for the suggestion Dave

Nikola Gugoski

Yeah, I probably will continue with some more QOTSA in the future. Thanks for the other suggestions :)

Nikola Gugoski

Also Sunday by Iggy Pop :) Keep up the good work Nikola!

James Garrett

James Garrett

Pearl Jam is always great.

Dave

Thanks for the suggestions Michael. I have a few more Beatles songs that I want to do in the future. I'll definitely check those other bands as well

Nikola Gugoski

Thanks for the feedback Coen! I'll definitely keep posting RHCP since I guess most people know me for tabbing their songs. When it comes to Radiohead, I wasn't a fan at all until I started listening to their songs more into detail to be able to tab them. But I understand that lot of people just can't get into their music

Nikola Gugoski

Glad to hear that the 'Something' is helping. I'm trying some metal bands, just to see if there will be interest for that type of music on youtube.

Nikola Gugoski

Hi Nikola, I love your channel and the way you present the tabs in the video lessons. The biggest ask I have (if I may) is to include printable tabs for all songs. I’m mostly into the RHCP and Jimi videos you post, and can find tabs for a lot of songs, but not all of them. The videos are great for the initial learning, and to reference again to ensure the rhythm is correct, etc. But a good chunk of the practicing/memorizing is just me and the printed tabs. I’ve noticed not all songs have printed tabs available. Maybe I’m not looking in the right place. I would add Steven Stills songs where you can / if you like them. Stills grew up learning to play from many musicians but Jimi was a big influence for him. Nirvana is also great. Maybe you could delve into some of Frusciante’s solo work. Nick Drake is one of the least covered artists when it comes to lessons and I think he does a lot of innovative stuff. Could be cool if you are into him.

Payam Roshandel

Great for me Doobie brothers Bad company Eagles Free Eric Clapton Beatles Rolling Stones

Michael Lanteri

I like to learn play with you: Red Hot Chili Peppers Jimi Hendrix

Jean Couto

I'm personally really into rock/punk/funk. I mostly look forward to the RHCP lessons and get excited when I see the occasional QOTSA or SRV lessons. I'm not really into Radiohead so I've been using the newer lessons less lately but I always come back to earlier lessons of songs I like so keep on going Nikola. Appreciate you!

Coen

Good idea. I’m not into metal type Music but respect lots of guys wanna play it. Lately there isn’t a lot that I like but I’m working on the Something and takes me a few weeks to learn properly so it is good I’m not distracted with a new song that I gotta play. 😁
